Can we have some explanation on this please. I could recollect you telling almost similar thing during the IB class as well. Wondering to achieve this.

Thoth here refers to the pattern underlying creation.
The true meaning of the word chaos is different from its general usage as a state of confusion or lacking any order. In chaos theory, chaos refers to an apparent lack of order in a system that nevertheless obeys particular laws or rules. Chaos is not disorder but a higher order of the universe.
When we take the Chaos theory, it says “Chaotic systems appear to be disorderly, even random. But they are not. Beneath the random behavior is a sense of order and pattern. Truly random systems are not chaotic. In a world of order, chaos rules.”
Take a tree, or a coastline or the nervous system in the body. They appears to be chaotic outwardly but when you look deeper within, there is order. There is chaos in a dripping water faucet. By recording a dripping faucet and recording the periods of time, at a certain flow velocity, the dripping no longer occurred at even times. When the data was graphed, it was found that the dripping did indeed follow a pattern.
The human heart also has a chaotic pattern. The time between beats does not remain constant; it depends on how much activity a person is doing, among other things. Under certain conditions, the heartbeat can speed up. Under different conditions, the heart beats erratically. It might even be called a chaotic heartbeat. The analysis of a heartbeat can help medical researchers find ways to put an abnormal heartbeat back into a steady state, instead of uncontrolled chaos.
The brain itself has a pattern that does not reflect any order, but when you look at each brain cell, one can see the mechanism that is in charge of the whole body, and systems - order, at the inherent level.
The body, and the DNA strands in the body also are first seen as irregular but when one goes deeper into the understanding, they arrange themselves in a perfect orderly holographic pattern.
In a tree that exhibits random leaf formations, DNA encodes not exactly where the leaves grow, but a formula that controls their distribution. DNA, even though it holds an amazing amount of data, could not hold all of the data necessary to determine where every cell of the human body goes. However, by using fractal formulas to control how the blood vessels branch out and the nerve fibers get created, DNA has more than enough information. It has even been speculated that the brain itself might be organized somehow according to the laws of chaos.
The First Cause is the Divine seeking to experience the Human in a physical form. Perfection seeking to experience limitation. Order, the underlying divine state, seeking to move outward from Source, into visible chaos.
Hence the first vibration is what is necessary, and is the outer manifestation, the physical manifestation of irregularity or chaos. Without this, the Divine cannot experience itself. The first wave goes outward, in any direction, so to speak, as God said first, go forth and multiply. And so the outer appearance of the seeming lack of order is the first step towards creating any reality.
Then the second vibration is going within, and back to order, back to divinity. The second wave, goes to the cellular state, original patterm zero point and reveals the perfection that underlies the outer visible chaos.
The second regular vibration reveals the underlying order, but cannot do so without the first irregular vibration.
Without the first vibration, the second vibration of orderliness will not be complete. The first emanation is to create the chaotic human lifetimes and experiences so that the second wave takes us deeper into the inherent perfection that is already there.
This is necessary and Thoth knew that bringing in an irregular vibration first and a regular vibration second was important. He says to bring in the vibration from brain to foot, meaning draw in the energy through the crown to the earth, drawing the Divine energy into the physical body into the earth.
The First Cause is for the Divine to experience the Human and the Second Cause is for the Human to merge back into the Divine.
The Third Cause is to co-create Heaven on Earth.
The combination of the irregular first and regular second vibration will harmonize both into a balanced harmonic vibration that will radiate perfection.
The perfect example is of the DNA strands first activated with the first irregular vibration in the body which hold human thought forms and help human experiences – First irregular vibration
Then when a person becomes spiritually awakened, upon activation with the second vibration of light and love, the DNA’s original perfection is restored and the next step is that they form the holographic perfect pattern, the blueprint of creation – Second regular vibration.
When both vibrations are directed through the brain and repeated over and over, perfection is created, our DNA strands arrange themselves into a perfect holographic flower of love pattern.
The first irregular vibration gives rise to cause and effect and the human drama. We are done with that. The First Cause – the Divine seeking to experience the Divine is over.
Now we go within and manifest the second vibration, the Journey Home, one wave meeting the other, and forming a standing wave, a petal within a perfect flower (flower of love), a divine DNA…
What about the time lapse, don’t the two vibrations have to be created together?
When Thoth wrote the Emerald Tablets, the human race was just beginning its physical adventure. Yet Thoth talks about releasing time, and being free of physical time limitations. So he knew there was No-Time.
In the grand scheme of things, the first and second vibrations merge in eternal time, and actually happen with the inbreath and outbreath of the Divine… Breathing out the chaos and breathing in the order… Creating experimental universes and then Manifesting Heaven on Earth,
What connects the two is simply the thought.
Physical time exists because we did not bring the first and second vibrations together through the brain in the beginning.
Now, we can do that and release time, and manifest the Second Cause immediately which is the Human becoming Divine. The Third Cause is to create Heaven on Earth,
There is another interesting concept of course, that order is not really the original state. Many ancient texts speak about the void or the chaos from which order emanated and then from that order, was chaos in the physical world created. It just shows that in this amazing spiral of creation, it doesn’t really matter which came first, the chicken or the egg.. does it? it just matters that we find perfection in our world, and where else can we find it except from our hearts?
