33 MEDITATIONS

Real Meditation:

When the spiritual seeker seeks the answers within, real meditation begins.

Ask your soul what is its reality?

Is this physical world the only reality or is it a part of a multi-layered reality that is just hidden from our perception?

How can we know more about this creation?

What is the original seed of all life?

What is at the core of this wheel of creation?

When we look at life and see the form of all our physical body, can we see what exists beyond life and beyond this form? Can we know it? Can we understand it?

Can we move through those realities, experience time and space, and beyond time and space, beyond names and descriptions?

Can we truly be unlimited?

Can we truly rise to divinity?

All of these questions flood the heart of the seeker clothed in the simple asking: Who am I? What is my purpose?

Meditation is just being. The true nature of the soul is to be in meditation.

Here are some simple meditation techniques to focus not just on what is but on how to.

What is divine, is. The seeking is to how to be divine.

Meditation that starts with the initial steps of quietness and focusing within, to move into the stillness of being, soon evolves into a natural state of being.

It then ripples out into the world around and then every moment, every thought word and action is in meditation. You can meditate on objects, actions , thoughts and words, and what you see around you and meditate with them.

1. Just Being:

Begin by meditating on every object, action, word and thought and become them. Feel the inner silence permeate the outer realities and create the outer stillness. With practice there is no need to do this as a meditative technique, it becomes natural and a part of one’s normal state.

• Focus on your breathing. Between the in-breath and out-breath is the power-house of energy. Realization comes to those who move into the gap between the two breaths. Become the realization and stay in that realization.

• Allow your Self to dissolve in that void between the two breaths. It is the void from which creation is born. As you continue this, you are created anew as your Divine Self.

• Bring your attention to the Inner Eye between your brows and let your in breath and out breath cascade from the mid-point of this Eye, the essence of your breath, like a shower of sacred light filling your form.

• In deep meditation, bring this breath essence to your heart, allowing dreams and higher visions to be remembered and experienced as real. Soon you can direct these by your own thoughts and breath.

• As you master the void between the breaths you realize the one who realizes.

• Move into the stillness.

• Whatever you see - become the vision.

• Whatever you speak - become the speech.

• Whatever you hear - become the sound.

• Whatever you touch - become the touch.

• Whatever you feel, - become that feeling.

• When you start to feel a sensation, stop and become the sensation.

• Become that which you seek, and let all else dissolve.

• In a moving vehicle, become the motion.

• Through that becoming, once again, focus on the core point between your breaths and become the silence. Know that this core point is also within the object, action, words and thought. Become it.

• Let the silence spill out into the objects, actions, words, and thoughts and know that meditation is just being.

Being Love,
Saranya

As I said before, these are techniques from the scriptures adapted to our own understanding and application. There are 32 more meditation techniques, totalling 33. More, soon... (that is if all are happy to receive, of course)

More and more Love,
Saranya

• Now, move into the smallest particle within the deepest core of your heart.
• Enjoy the expansion of multiple universes within that single cell.
• Move deeper inside and find the macro-cosm itself.
• Explore the macro-cosm within the single micro-cosmic cell.
• When you have explored the infinity within the single cell, move once again into the deepest core of your heart and merge with it.
• Draw all realities into that single core point and remain in silence for now-time.
